Help build the scribe clinicians can trust
Quillentra drafts clinical notes so clinicians can look up from the keyboard. The work is careful by necessity: the conversations we handle are among the most private there are.
How we work
Five habits we hold each other to
Whatever the role, this is what working here asks of you.
Privacy is the job
We handle some of the most sensitive information there is. Protecting it shapes every decision, from which vendors we use to what our emails are allowed to say.
Clinicians are the experts
We build tools that support clinical judgment, never replace it. When we're unsure how something should work, we ask the people who use it.
Say what's true
We're honest about what AI can and can't do, in the product and in how we describe it. No invented numbers, no overpromising.
Write it down
Decisions, safeguards and trade-offs get written down, so anyone can see why things work the way they do, and check that they still do.
Care in the details
Our work lands in front of clinicians at the end of long days. A clear error message or a section that copies cleanly matters.
The work
Problems worth your attention
A narrow product with a high bar. These are the things we think about every day.
Faithful drafts
Notes that say what the visit supports and nothing more, in each clinician's own template and style.
Security you can audit
Field-level encryption, a tamper-evident audit trail and data that is deleted when we say it is.
Software for tired people
Interfaces that stay calm and obvious at 6 pm, with a waiting room still full.
Close to the clinic
Templates, letters and workflows shaped by the documentation clinicians actually write.
