We're a new product, and we'd rather show you nothing than make something up. Every story on this page will come from a real clinician, shared with their permission.

We're collecting our first stories
Using Quillentra in your practice? We'd like to hear how it's going, including what isn't working yet. With your written permission, we may share your story here, using only the name, role and words you approve.
Please don't include any patient information when you write to us.
How sharing works
Step 1: Tell us how it's going
The good and the frustrating. Leave out any patient information.
Step 2: You approve every word
We send back the exact wording, name and role we'd publish. Nothing else is used.
Step 3: Published only with permission
A story goes live only with your written permission, and comes down whenever you ask.

What clinicians can expect
What Quillentra does today, described plainly. Try it on your own visits and judge for yourself.
Notes drafted in your templates
Choose from 40 built-in templates, such as SOAP, H&P and specialty notes, or build your own from an example document. The draft follows your sections and style.
Edit by asking
Ask for a change in plain language, like “make the plan more concise”. Each suggestion appears as a tracked change you accept or reject.
Letters from the same visit
Draft referral letters, prior authorizations, patient instructions and work notes from the visit you just recorded.
You stay in control
Quillentra is instructed to document only what was said or what you add. AI can still make mistakes, so every note is yours to review, edit and sign.
Learns your style
When you sign a note, Quillentra learns lasting preferences from the edits you made. You can review what it learned, change it or turn it off.
Audio deleted after your note
By default, the recording is deleted as soon as the note is written. Your transcript and note stay until you delete them.
A BAA from day one
A Business Associate Agreement is included on every plan, and every vendor that handles patient information is under one too.
Never used for training
Your visits and notes are never used to train AI models, by us or by our AI providers.

Every story on this page comes from a real clinician and is published with their written permission. We never publish made-up or AI-written reviews. To ask about a story or have yours removed, email support@quillentra.com.
