What it can help with

  • Clinical questions about diagnosis, management, dosing and guidelines.
  • Drafting prior authorization and appeal letters, referral letters and letters of medical necessity.
  • Patient education in plain language, in the language your patient speaks.
  • Coding suggestions (ICD-10-CM and CPT) for you to verify.
  • Questions about a specific visit, when you attach it.

Sources

The sources button at the top of the page lists the trusted clinical sources Quillentra works with. When evidence search is turned on, searches are limited to those sources and answers list the sources they used. When it’s off, the list says so and answers come from the AI’s medical knowledge, so check current guidelines for anything time-sensitive.

AI can make mistakes. Verify clinical information before acting on it.

Your conversations

  • Conversations are saved automatically and listed on the left. Select New chat to start another. On a phone, open the list with the button next to the Ask AI title.
  • Conversations are private to you. Other members of your practice can’t see them.
  • To delete one, hover over it in the list, select the trash icon and confirm. This can’t be undone.
