Make it yours

Every built-in template is a starting point. Adapt one, write your own, or turn a document you already use into a template.

  1. 1

    Customize a built-in template

Choose “Duplicate & customize” on any template in the library to get your own copy. Rename, reorder, add or remove sections, and change the writing style.

  2. 2

    Build one from scratch

Name each section, tell Quillentra what belongs in it, and pick paragraphs, bullets or a numbered list. Set verbosity, voice, perspective and abbreviations for the whole document.

  3. 3

    Import an existing document

Paste an example note or upload a PDF, Word (.docx) or text file. Quillentra drafts a template from its structure for you to review, edit and save.

Templates hold structure and style, not patient details: when you import a document, Quillentra is designed to strip names, dates and other identifiers from the draft. Owners and admins can share templates with everyone in the practice.
