- Go to Settings → Data & privacy.
- Under Export your data, select Download my data.
What’s included
For the practice you’re currently in:
- Your profile.
- Your visits, with their context, transcripts and documents. Visits in the trash aren’t included.
- Patients you added.
- Your templates.
- Your Ask Quillentra conversations.
If you belong to more than one practice, switch to each practice and export it separately.
Keep it safe
The export contains patient information, so store it securely. Every export is recorded in the audit log.
