The page shows the current calendar month only, counted in UTC. There’s no month picker, so earlier months aren’t shown. Until there’s recorded time to show this month, the page says so instead.
Owners and admins
- Totals for the practice: recorded time, visits and how many clinicians recorded.
- Every member of the practice, including anyone who hasn’t recorded yet, with their visits and recorded time. When the plan has a monthly allowance, each person’s time is shown as a meter against the plan’s allowance per clinician, and anyone who has used it all is marked Monthly limit reached.
Members
Members see only their own recorded time and visits, and how much of their allowance is Left this month. They don’t see colleagues’ usage.
On the Free plan
Free hours are shared across every practice you belong to: recording in one practice uses the same monthly hours as recording in another. This page lists the time recorded in this practice, while Left this month, and the meter on the new-visit card, count all of your practices. On a paid plan, each practice’s plan gives you your own allowance there.
What counts
- A visit counts once its recording has been transcribed. Its length is the length of the recording.
- Pre-charted visits don’t count, because nothing is recorded.
Recording hours are an allowance for each clinician, not a shared pool. To see what your practice’s plan includes and what happens at the limit, read Plans and billing.
