A visit failed to process

What “Needs attention” means, and how to retry a visit, a document or an interrupted recording.

On this page· 5 sections
  1. Retry the visit
  2. Common messages
  3. A single document failed
  4. The recording was interrupted
  5. Still stuck?

A visit that couldn’t be processed shows Needs attention in your visit list. Open it to see the reason in the banner at the top.

Retry the visit

  1. Open the visit.
  2. Select Retry in the banner.

Quillentra picks up where processing stopped. The audio of a failed visit is kept for 7 days so you can retry, then it’s deleted.

Common messages

  • No speech was detected in the recording. The audio was silent. Check your microphone and record again (see Microphone not detected).
  • For other messages, select Retry. If the visit fails again, contact support (see below).

A single document failed

If one document couldn’t be written, its tab shows This document couldn’t be generated. Select Try again, choose a template and select Regenerate.

The recording was interrupted

If you closed the tab or lost power mid-recording, or saw “We couldn’t finish saving the audio”, open the visit. Under This recording was interrupted, select Create note from saved audio, or Discard audio to throw it away. If no audio reached Quillentra, select Start over. Unfinished recordings are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
