Telehealth audio missing

Telehealth capture won’t start, or the patient’s or your own voice is missing from the transcript.

On this page· 6 sections
  1. “No tab audio was shared”
  2. “Screen sharing was cancelled”
  3. “Telehealth capture needs Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer”
  4. The patient’s voice is missing
  5. Your voice is missing
  6. “Audio capture ended”

“No tab audio was shared”

The tab was shared without its audio. Select Capture telehealth call again, choose the tab with your call, and make sure sharing the tab’s audio (Share tab audio) is turned on.

“Screen sharing was cancelled”

The sharing window was closed before you chose a tab. Select Capture telehealth call again and choose the tab with your call.

“Telehealth capture needs Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer”

Tab audio capture only works in Chrome or Edge on a desktop or laptop computer. Switch browsers, or record in person instead.

The patient’s voice is missing

  • Make sure you shared the tab where the call is running, not a different tab or window.
  • The call must be in a browser tab. If your video platform runs as a separate desktop app, join the call from your browser instead, if the platform allows it.

Your voice is missing

If Quillentra can’t use your microphone, it records the tab’s audio only. Check that the browser is allowed to use your microphone (see Microphone not detected). If your headset is in use by the call app, try another microphone.

“Audio capture ended”

Sharing stopped or the call’s tab was closed during the recording. Select Stop & create note to save what was recorded.
