Edit a note by asking the AI

Ask for changes in plain language, then accept or reject each suggestion, shown as tracked changes.

On this page· 2 sections
  1. Ask questions
  2. Signed documents

Every document has its own AI assistant. Ask it to change the document, or ask a question about the visit.

  1. Open the visit and the document. On a large screen the AI assistant panel is on the right: the button in its header hides it, and AI assistant above the document opens it again. On smaller screens, select AI assistant at the top of the visit (on a phone, the sparkle icon).
  2. Type your request, for example “Add that BP was rechecked at 132/84” or “Make the assessment and plan more concise”, and press Enter. Shift+Enter starts a new line.
  3. Suggested changes appear section by section, with additions in green and deletions in red and struck through.
  4. Select Accept to apply the changes or Reject to discard them.

Accepted changes are saved as a new version labeled AI edit, so you can always go back. See Version history, signing and amendments.

Ask questions

You can also ask about the visit, for example “What follow-up was discussed?”. The answer appears in the chat and your note isn’t changed.

Signed documents

On a signed document you can ask questions but can’t apply edits. Select Amend first.

The conversation is saved with the document. Deleting the document also deletes its conversation.
