How Quillentra learns your style

Standing instructions you write, plus preferences Quillentra learns from your edits when you sign. Review, edit or turn it off at any time.

On this page· 2 sections
  1. Standing instructions
  2. Learned style

Two settings in Settings → Note preferences shape every document Quillentra writes for you, on top of the template.

Standing instructions

Write rules you always want followed, such as “Use metric units” or “Refer to the patient as ‘the patient’, not by name”, under Standing instructions, then select Save preferences.

Learned style

When you sign an AI-drafted document that you edited, Quillentra compares your final version with the AI draft and updates a short list of your style preferences, up to 12. Only general style is learned, never patient details. Learned preferences apply to documents written afterwards.

  • Review what was learned under Learned style. Edit the text if anything is wrong, then select Save preferences.
  • To start fresh, select Clear learned style and confirm. This takes effect straight away; your standing instructions stay.
  • To pause it, turn off Learn and apply my style and select Save preferences. While it’s off, Quillentra doesn’t learn from your edits or use the preferences it has learned.

Style learning only affects your own account. It doesn’t change templates or anyone else’s notes, and your data is never used to train AI models.
